For projects over $1,000 - a 50% non-refundable deposit is required up front before work begins.  The next 25% is due when the first draft is delivered and the final 25% is due upon delivery of the finished project.  The copyright for client and product specific work is the property of The WordSlingers and may not be published until final payment is received at which point it becomes the property of the client.

How many revisions are included in your fee?
You will always have a chance to review any project that we handle for you prior to its completion and the number of revisions allowed depends on the type of communication, the length of the piece and the complexity of the material.  Due to the nature and frequency of blogs, we allow one revision on them.  Most other projects will be allowed two to three revisions and this will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the project.

What methods of payment do you accept?
The WordSlingers accepts company checks, money orders or bank checks.

Can I cancel my project?
If for some reason you choose to cancel your project after work has begun, your initial 50% retainer is non refundable.
